Fresh Peas with Dill, Lemon Zest and Feta I Debbie Wong's Wok and Gong

Fresh shucked peas are the best part of Spring! This side dish come warm salad hybrid is perfect to pair with lamb, chicken or fish!

Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh peas (can also be made with frozen ;)
1/2 a shallot sliced very thin
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
zest of 1/2 a lemon
2 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp good olive oil
1/4 feta cheese for topping
